How Do I Register?
Simply scroll down to find the conference date that works best for you here. Once you find the date, simply click Register to a form & secure checkout page. The secure checkout page has a form that requires your name & email address. This information must be provided so that you can be emailed important information / instructions about the conference. All payments are processed via PayPal which also gives you the option to pay via credit card.
What Happens After I Register?
You will receive follow up instructions & information via the email address you provided to register for your session. You will receive these instructions 48 - 72 hours before your session begins. If you register at the last minute, you will receive these instructions shortly before the session begins. Please keep an eye on your email inbox & spam folder.
How Do I Join the Session?
Our sessions are hosted utilizing the Zoom webinar platform. You will receive follow up instructions about Zoom and how to download it once you register your slot. Zoom can also be downloaded now by clicking this link. You can also download Zoom in your phone or tablets App Store. A Meeting ID & Password will be sent with your email instructions prior to your conference.
Are Sessions Live?
Yes, each session is a live webinar between our host, Lamont Graves & joining participants.
Can I Record a Session?
Sessions are not permitted to be recorded. We will be alerted if a participant begins to record a session. Participants who attempt to record sessions will be removed from the webinar.
Will I Receive an Email Recap?
Yes, everything that we cover during a sessions is emailed in detail to each participant. We call these "recap emails" and they can always be referred to to ensure you follow the necessary steps & information as communicated during a session. Recap emails are sent to participants approximately 2 - 5 business days after a session.
How Many Participants are Allowed Per Session?
5 - 25 participants per session. We always try to aim for a number below 15 participants per session; however, as many as 25 are permitted. We keep our session numbers low to allow for as much interaction as possible.
What are Private Sessions?
Private sessions are 1-on-1 webinar conferences between a participant & the host, Lamont Graves. These sessions are preferred for participants who favor privacy and a more direct conversation.
What will the Session be Like?
Laid back, very relaxed, comfortable & like a 1-on-1 conversation between participants & Lamont Graves! You can tune in from anywhere, grab a pen & pad, some food & learn as much as possible!
Can I Network with Other Participants During the Session?
Absolutely! One of the best parts of our sessions is the networking aspect. You never know who will join a conference! We've had music supervisors, multiplatinum producers / songwriters & more join in.
Will There Be an Opportunity to Ask Questions During the Session?
All participants are welcomed to ask questions pertaining to the topic of the session, during the session. Lamont will hold a Q&A for participants after the session so that further questions can be asked. During the Q&A, you can ask as many questions as you'd like as long as they do not pertain to legal advice. The Graves Firm is not a law firm and Lamont Graves is a consultant, he does not provide legal advice.
Are There Refunds?
All sessions are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on the date of your conference. If you have trouble joining a conference, please notify us at: info@gravesfirmsession.com
or use our contact form. You will have the option of joining another session in the future. If a session is cancelled on our behalf, we will issue a refund or allow participants to opt in for a future session.
